Vintage 1940s floral crepe day dress with oversized collar and soft gathered waist.

Lightweight semi-sheer crepe with a delicate pink, blue, and green floral print featuring subtle novelty heart details within the pattern. Classic 1940s silhouette with cap sleeves, button front bodice, and full skirt with gentle volume. Snaps at the waist and bodice help anchor the shape.

Unlined and airy. Feels similar to silk crepe.

Fits a modern Small. Shown on a size small mannequin.

Condition:

Pre-owned vintage condition with typical wear for age. Presents well overall. There are some small scattered holes, light discoloration, and minor seam separation at the underarms. Most noticeable wear is toward the right waist area and lower skirt. Underarm discoloration is faint. Missing original belt (one loop remains).

Wearable as-is or a good candidate for light restoration if desired.
