Original Vintage Royal Navy Group Photograph – WWII Era

Offered for sale is an original black and white silver gelatin photograph depicting a group of ten Royal Navy ratings posed in studio formation, each with their hands resting on the shoulder of the sailor in front.

The sailors are wearing traditional Royal Navy uniforms with "HMS" tally bands on their caps. Several wear Good Conduct chevrons on their sleeves, suggesting varying lengths of service. The photograph has a classic studio backdrop and appears to date from the Second World War period (circa 1940s).

This is an original period photograph and not a modern reproduction, making it an excellent piece of Royal Navy, military, maritime or family history memorabilia.Good vintage condition with age-related wear.
