🔧 Important Pairing Information (Please Read)

Some AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) replacement units can show a “Mismatched AirPods” message the first time you try to pair them.
This is a known Apple firmware sync issue, not a fault with the earbuds.

To resolve it, simply follow these steps:

1️⃣ Place both AirPods in the charging case and leave them for 1–2 hours.
This allows the firmware in the case and earbuds to update and sync properly.

2️⃣ On your iPhone, go to Settings → Bluetooth.
Tap the “i” next to your AirPods and choose “Forget This Device.”

3️⃣ Open the lid of the charging case.
Press and hold the setup button on the back for 15 seconds until the light flashes orange, then white.

4️⃣ Go back to Bluetooth settings on your phone.
When your AirPods appear as a new device, tap to reconnect — they should pair normally.

This process fixes the pairing glitch in 99% of cases and avoids unnecessary returns.
