c1915 RPPC Parade Downtown Arcata 4th of July Flags Auto Flower Decorated Humboldt County. This card is something of a mystery. I assume the location is downtown Eureka or Arcata. The Clarke Memorial Library handstamp on the back is one clue but the street sigh is covered in the image.
