This item is a book titled ”Hanging Out In Bur Oak“, written and SIGNED by former Iowa US House of Representatives Member Neal Smith.  The book has a copyright date of 2009.  The book is not an ex-library book.  The book comes with the dust jacket. 

The book is signed by Neal Smith on the first inside page.  As I did not get this autograph in person, I cannot 100% verify its’ authenticity.  However, after researching on the Internet and comparing autographs, I personally feel 100% confident that the autograph is authentic.

Neal Smith was an American politician, a member of the United States House of Representatives for Iowa for 36 years, from 1959 to 1995, the longest serving Iowan in the US House of Representatives.  Neal Smith passed away in 2021.

The condition of the UNCLIPPED dust jacket is excellent with great color and showing minor wear and tear.  The book is also in excellent condition with tight and secure binding, clean pages, and showing minor wear and tear.
