About This Album

This is a first edition digipak CD of In A Poem Unlimited by U.S. Girls (Meg Remy), released February 2018 on the prestigious British independent label 4AD. The album stands as a landmark work in experimental pop and electronic music — a genre-defying collection of lo-fi disco, political indie rock, and sultry downtempo production, anchored by Remy's distinctive vocal presence.

The 2018 digipak edition features stunning full-colour artwork (the eye motif on contrasting red and blue) and arrives in excellent condition. Every track flows with compelling production and sharp lyrical intelligence, tackling personal and political themes with wit and defiant creativity. The album has been hailed as one of the finest alternative releases of the 2010s.

In A Poem Unlimited appeals to fans of St. Vincent, Broadcast, Fever Ray and Tune-Yards — anyone seeking boundary-pushing, intelligent indie music in its intended physical format.
