• The lower portion of the display has horizontal lines running across it and experiences graphical distortion. The Dock/icons and lower part of the image flicker and jump up and down intermittently (see photos)

• There is a deep scratch/gouge on the upper part of the display (see photos)

• The lower display bezel is chipped and has a piece missing directly beneath the “MacBook Air” logo (see photos)

• Despite the display issues, the laptop still powers on and functions normally

• Battery health is 92% and it still holds a good battery charge

• The laptop can also be used with an external monitor without any display issues
