An original 1970s utility tote bag manufactured by Now! Designs of San Francisco using authentic Levi's 501 denim materials from the transitional era.

Features a lowercase "small e" red tab combined with a single-stitch back pocket configuration. This specific overlap of construction methods places the manufacturing of the source denim between 1971 and 1973.

Includes an original two-horse paper back patch stamped with factory sizing metrics (W32 L32). Top closure utilizes an original branded Levi Strauss copper snap button.

The top snap button closure does not align perfectly centered when fastened; it is offset from the factory manufacturing process.

Features a factory-attached coral red woven cotton webbing shoulder strap securely anchored with cross-stitch reinforcement.

Retains the original white woven fabric tag reading: "now! designs san francisco. DESIGN COPYRIGHT ALL COTTON MACHINE WASHABLE."

Dimensions (Flat Lay):

Width: 11.5 inches

Height: 14 inches

Strap Drop: 12 inches (measured from the top edge of the bag to the highest point of the strap when pulled taut)

Overall very good pre-owned vintage condition with minor indigo fading consistent with age.

The paper patch is fully attached with minor edge curling but no tears.

The interior manufacturer tag remains present and legible.

Minor fabric wear and light fraying are present on the bottom two corners of the bag, as documented in the close-up photographs. No structural holes or detached seams.
