Elite Works Limoges Raised Gold Floral Pale Yellow Chocolate Cup & Saucer 

Antique French porcelain chocolate cup and saucer. Decorated with raised gold flowers over a pale yellow background. With clouded gold gilding along the lip. Gold gilding to the handle and gold gilding along the edge of the saucer. Marked on the bottom MR France in green. This is an underglaze whiteware (manufacturer's mark) that was used by Martial Redon in Limoges France between 1891 to 1896.  Also marked on the reverse in red Elite Limoges France. This is an overglaze decorating mark used by Bawo & Dotter in Limoges France between 1896 and 1900.

Has wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition.

The cup measures approximately 2 5/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 7/8 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide. 

This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
