Jouef 6963 SNCF 85 Ton Breakdown Crane, "Villeneuve", running number 559, complete set.
Crane is fully operational and in good condition. All accessories and instructions included.
Introduced by Jouef in 1966 as model number 663 it was renumbered 6963 in 1974 and stayed in production until 2001.
SNCF placed an order for four of these cranes from the Belgian company Cockerill in 1947. The cranes were delivered between 1949 and 50, with 559 being assigned to the Villeneuve depot.
Packaging is in good condition, polystyrene tray solid and in good condition, cardboard cover just a couple of tiny bits of edge and corner wear.
