This bench power supply has been fully tested and is working properly. Both the voltage and current adjustment circuits regulate perfectly, and both analog front panel meters are fully responsive. Note on functionality: The amber 32V range indicator LED remains constantly illuminated regardless of the target range. This is purely a cosmetic/logic display indicator defect; the internal automatic tap-switching system and actual output voltage regulate flawlessly all the way down to 0V. The chassis displays typical wear from a professional laboratory environment, including minor surface scuffs, an institutional asset tag, and minor sticker residue/paint peeling on the front panel as shown in photos.
