The long-sleeve version of Castelli's Espresso 2 Jersey is ideal for cool days when you want a light covering for your arms, and it's equally good for bright sunny days, with UPF 30 protection blocking 97% of UV rays.
When Castelli set out to make the original Espresso Jersey, the goal was to create the jersey that you'd always reach for, no matter if you normally wear an aero race-fit jersey or a more regular-cut jersey.
Castelli developed a fabric that would allow for a close-to-body fit without being constrictive or feeling tight. Castelli's proprietary Air_O fabric also offers great breathability and moisture management and, amazingly, tests well in the wind tunnel.
With innovation in Castelli's DNA and a healthy obsession for details, Castelli set about perfecting its favorite jersey. The updates on the Espresso 2 Jersey include even better fit: close to body but never restricting.
Castelli focused a lot of attention on improving the pocket structure, giving even better support and compression while reducing pocket sag, and added a nice finish to the edge. Of course, the fourth zippered pocket remains essential for valuables.
You can find the updated subtle logos in tone-on-tone color, and Castelli's signature red scorpion on the zipper puller.
Find Your Perfect Size
To choose the correct size for your jersey, measure your chest and waist in cm or inches, as shown in the chart.
- Chest (A): Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape horizontal. Breathe normally—don’t pull too tight.
- Waist (B): Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
- Compare your measurements with the size chart (XS–3XL). If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort, or the smaller for a closer/race fit.
- Tip: Measure over a thin base layer similar to what you’ll wear while riding.
