Hello, you're looking at an on/off shoulder top from Licorice. It has a elasticized sleeves so it can be worn as either a tank top or slid down your arms for an off-the-shoulder look. The fabric is 65% polyester and 35% rayon.

It measures about 17 inches from the center of the neckline to the bottom hem. Horizontally, it measures about 15 inches across the chest under the arms and about 14 inches from left to right along the elasticized  bottom hem.

Condition-wise, it's been worn multiple times so there is slight pilling of the fabric, but overall it's in good condition.
