Lithograph on paper entitled Mixed Bunch by Mary Faux Jackson. No 3 from an edition of 10. Titled, numbered, dated and signed in pencil. Mounted but not framed.

Mary Faux Jackson studied illustration for the National Diploma in Design at Brighton College of Art from 1958 where she became increasingly interested in print-making, especially lithography and etching. This became her metier for the next forty years, for which she won several prizes. She subsequently gained certificates in printmaking  and design at the Faculty of Art at Brighton

on University. The artist's pictures show a deep affection for nature and the Sussex countryside.

In recent years the artist became more involved in painting, both in watercolour and oils, exhibiting widely throughout Sussex and in France. Her work is in private collections in Britain and abroad.

Condition

Very good condition. Clean image, though colours are a little muted - as per production. The reverse is taped to the mount along the upper margin. Some light marks to the narrow margins and edges under mount. There is no right margin. See photos.

Size of image: 49.7cm x 36.3cm.

How long do I have to pay for my order?

We allow up to 5 working days for orders to be paid for to allow for customers to benefit from combined postage. Any items not paid for after 5 working days an unpaid item case will be opened

As stated above, all of our listed items are stored once listed. Consequently, we are unable to offer viewings of our active items.

Returns & Refunds

We accept Returns on all our items.

If an item is damaged in transit and is not safe to return, we can accept a photo of the damaged item.

Once the photo/returned item is received, we will refund your original payment.
