This authentic set of vintage Japanese Katana mountings features a high-quality, original handle (Tsuka) and an original scabbard (Saya) decorated in a beautiful textured Pine Needle Scattered Lacquer finish. The iron Tsuba is signed but is a replica. Please note that a previous owner used glue, causing the wooden practice blade (Tsunagi) to become firmly stuck inside the Saya. It will likely need to be drilled out for restoration. However, the Tsuka still fits securely onto the exposed end of the wooden blade, allowing the sword to be carried and displayed as a complete unit.Total Length: 98cm Curvature: 3.5cm The item is old and has age-related signs of wear. Please assess the condition based on the pictures. Please note: All measurements are displayed in centimeters/millimeters.
