We are UNABLE to offer combined shipping of multiple eBay auctions, or add items from St John Street Cycles regular inventory to eBay shipments.
Each auction is treated as a separate sale.
We ask that you pay for any won auction with Paypal WITHIN 7 DAYS.

All goods are supplied direct to the winning bidder by SJSC Auctions, a trading style of Thorn Cycles Ltd. (registered office 91-93 St John Street, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 5HX, VAT # 406 7053 70, company reg # 412 1096)
Unless otherwise agreed, all goods are sent using Royal mail for small items, whilst larger items are sent using a courier. Please contact us as soon as the auction ends if you have any special delivery requirements.
We aim to process and despatch all paid items within 24 hours (please note we are closed Sat/Sun), envisaging that all items should arrive within 5 working days or sooner. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control ie the Post Office experiences delivery difficulties or delays, items may take longer than this. We ask for your understanding should this be the case.
We leave feedback on receipt of payment and would ask that you do the same when you are satisfied with the item.
If an item arrives and it’s damaged, not as described, incomplete, or you are not satisfied with our service in any way, please contact us PRIOR to leaving feedback, we are perfectly reasonable people and we usually have a solution to most problems.
