Set is in great original condition with some very minor wear consistent with normal use on furniture from the 1950's.  Both pieces are very sturdy and sit very comfortably.  No odor or smell to the upholstery. The spots on the back pictures are from my camera lens.  From a smoke and pet free home.  The sofa measures overall 83" in width by 32" in height by 31" in depth.
