Vintage BVO neva-press Women XL Long Sleeve Button Blouse Top 100% Cotton

The tag seems to indicate size C but I don't know what that means. The measurements are equivalent to a XL. See below.

Great gently used condition. No stains, tears, ripped seams or signs of excessive use. There is a slight perfume smell to the cloth. Zoom into all photos for exact condition. Newly laundered.
