Description

Shop 50-piece packs of factory resharpened solid carbide micro drill bits by individual size. Each variation is for one specific drill diameter, and each pack contains 50 drills of that same selected size.

These economical micro carbide drill packs are useful when you need repeat hole sizes, backup drills, production quantities, or a large supply of one diameter on hand. They are commonly used for PCB drilling, CNC work, electronics, plastics, composites, brass, aluminum, model making, carburetor work, and other precision small-hole applications.

What Each 50-Pack Includes

  • 50 factory resharpened solid carbide drills
  • All 50 drills are the same diameter selected from the variation menu
  • Standard 1/8" shank
  • Approx. 1.50" overall length
  • Colored depth-stop rings included; ring color may vary
  • Flute length may vary from drill to drill and may vary from the example dimensional image

Factory Resharpened Carbide Drills

These drills have been professionally factory resharpened to restore the cutting edges and provide reliable precision performance at a lower cost than comparable new carbide drills. Because they are resharpened tools, minor cosmetic differences, slight length differences, ring color differences, and flute-length variation may occur. The selected cutting diameter and standard 1/8" shank are the key ordering specifications.

About the Dimensional Images

Dimensional images are provided to help identify the selected drill diameter, shank size, and general tool style. The listed drill diameter is the main size specification for each variation. Flute length shown in the image is approximate and may vary, especially because these are factory resharpened tools. Overall length, flute length, ring color, and exact appearance may not match the example image exactly.

Choose the Size You Need

Use the variation menu to select the drill diameter you want. Each variation includes 50 pieces of that one selected size. Please verify the selected size before ordering.

Important Use Warnings for Solid Carbide Drills

Solid carbide drills are not the same as ordinary steel or high-speed steel drill bits. Carbide is very hard and wear-resistant, but it is also brittle. These drills are intended for controlled, rigid setups where the drill is held straight and the workpiece is secure.

  • Use a stable drill press, CNC machine, milling machine, PCB drill holder, or other rigid setup.
  • Do not use these like ordinary twist drills in a loose handheld drill.
  • Avoid bending, flexing, side-loading, wobble, or forcing the drill.
  • Keep the drill and workpiece aligned; carbide drills can snap if run crooked or unsupported.
  • Use light, controlled feed pressure, especially on the smallest diameters.
  • Minimize spindle runout and vibration.
  • Use appropriate speed, feed, and workholding for the material being drilled.

Breakage can occur if a carbide drill is used in an unstable setup, forced into the material, bent sideways, or used with excessive runout. Please make sure your equipment and application are suitable for small solid carbide drills before ordering.

Depth Stop Rings

These drills normally include colored plastic depth-stop rings. The rings are useful for identification and consistent plunge depth, but ring color may vary from the photos. If you need the rings removed, please send a message before or immediately after ordering.

Photo Notes

Photos may show example drills, packaging, or size-reference images. Exact appearance, ring color, flute length, overall length, and case or packaging style may vary. You will receive 50 drills of the selected diameter.
