Product Features
The system is suitable for air conditioning system of fresh air unit winter / summer temperature control.
The air temperature control system is composed of the temperature sensor TE-1, the proportional integral temperature controller TC-1 and the electric two-way regulating valve TV-1. The TE-1 installed in the air supply pipeline transmits the detected temperature signal to the TC- 1, by the TC-1 TE-1 detection value and the set value of continuous comparison, while constantly output signal to control the TV
TV-1 opening continuously adjustable. Eventually, the ambient temperature measured by the TE-1 is kept within the set temperature range.
When the temperature after the coil is lower than a certain limit, the low-temperature protection switch TS-1 cut off the power supply to the motor so that the fresh air damper is closed to prevent the water inside the coil from freezing and cracking.
Installation and commissioning:
1. Before installation, you must carefully read the manual, cut off the power and must be installed by professional and technical personnel.
2. The flow direction must be the same as the direction of the arrow on the valve body.
3. The valve body must be above the coil water tray to ensure that it will fall into the drain pan when dripping occurs.
4. The valve body and actuator must be mounted within ± 60 ° C vertical and at least 30 mm above the space for disassembly. With the surrounding pipelines, equipment, buildings must maintain sufficient space for maintenance operations, must be installed in the maintenance personnel through the manhole to reach the place.
5. After the valve body is installed and pressure tested, the drive can be installed.
6. If the driver has been installed on the valve body, then during the installation and commissioning of the drive can not be the force, otherwise it will damage the drive.
7. After installation and check the correct, power debugging. At a minimum, observe the three full drive cycles and verify that all components are correct.
After passing through the anhydrous test, pass the water test. System pressure on the water must be strictly controlled within 0.15MPa, to ensure the effectiveness of electric control valve on the water flow switch.
