A nice vintage Screw JACK.Approx. size extended 9 1/2" and 6" screwed down.
Most unusual as the base is not a complete circle but has two straight edges - I guessing to fit in somewhere.
I would suggest it might be for a heavier type vehicle as it is quite robust.
