Due to their age, the models are
very fragile and very sensitive, and all glued joints are fragile - buying old
and used goods!
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee
100% service for international postal services.
During transport, small parts of the
models can sometimes become separated - parts of the landing gear, propeller
blades, suspended armament, antennas ....

The models on display come from the
private collections of many modelers and newly built models.
Offers also include Diecast - metal
models.
There are models of airplanes,

Plastic models are 100% handmade -
hand modeling, brush or airbrush.
Diecast models are metal,
industrially produced models.
The models are of different ages
from 0 to 40 years old. The manufacturer of the kit cannot be determined
exactly.
The models are from the entire
history from 1914 to the present - WWI, WWII, the beginnings of jet aviation to
today's technologies and projects.

We do our best to minimize damage
caused by transport and handling by postal workers (falls, shocks, throwing
packages...)
Packaging method - rigid box, depending on the type of model, polystyrene balls or ecological polystyrene chips, microthin and bubble film (elastic and durable packaging that dampens shocks, prevents movement of the models in the box and protects against pressure from the outside)Each package is labeled for the postal service as - FRAGILE GOODS
PLEASE NOTE
If the package is delivered physically damaged - big deformation, cracks in the box - refuse the package for acceptance - then we can apply the insurance claim procedure for the postal services (return the damaged package, make a claim with the postal service and pay out the insurance payment!)COMPLAINT
If there is any problem - always please your message and attach photographs to substantiate the actual state.
In two days I always answer.
If possible, a complaint is justified - we will find a common communications solution - explain the situation, partial financial compensation or refund goods.
RETURN
Only by mutual agreement (these are
used, old goods without warranty)!
The goods must be returned complete,
carefully packed.
After receiving the goods and
checking them - you will be paid compensation for the purchased goods.
The refund always applies only to
the goods - it will not cover the postage costs for sending the claimed goods
back.
The
cost of returning goods is fully paid by the buyer!
