Product Overview

This is a full set Renishaw wireless infrared CNC probing system, consisting of OMP40-2 spindle touch probe, OMI-2 integrated optical signal receiver and BT40 ER20 probe special tool holder.
 
The BT40 tool holder clamps OMP40-2 probe onto machine spindle; OMP40-2 transmits trigger signal via modulated infrared light to OMI-2 receiver installed inside machine cabin; OMI-2 converts optical signal into CNC recognizable electrical signal to complete automatic workpiece measurement.
 
The whole kit replaces manual measuring operation, effectively improve machining accuracy and production efficiency, widely used in precision mold, automotive parts, aerospace small components and 3C electronic hardware processing.
