Beautifully decorated with applied flowers and foliage.
Spherical well pierced with round holes which are forming six-petal ornament.
Lacquered handle painted in black color,
(some minor losses of black paint on handle surface).
Handle attached to silver part (ferule) with one silver rivet.

Marked to the stem:
"Sterling" for .925/1000 silver purity.
"Sword" through letter "B" for Roswell Blackinton & Co.,
(an early Blackinton's trademark);
numerals "1949" probably manufacturer's code.
