Condition
These are New
With Tags
There
is a small stain on the bottom of both legs around part of the cuffs. Origin is unknown but it looks like they
could be water satins from being in storage or shop soiled. As these shorts are new with tags no attempt
has been made to remove the stains and the price has been set accordingly. Refer Images

if this garment does not fit, it may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. As well as Manufacturer’s Marked Size, actual
measurements have been provided. These measurements
were taken in Lay Flat orientation. Item
must be in same condition as when originally sent. Where items are New and
Factory Sealed/Tagged, they cannot be returned if the factory sealed package/s
is/are damaged, opened or tampered with in any manner.
Personal Use
products such as under garments, where the factory sealed package or the
product has been opened, used or tampered with, due to health and safety
reasons and the products not being able to be resold, are not returnable for a
refund.
Combined
Orders
If you are
ordering several different items from us at the one time, where possible, we
will combine orders unless instructed not to.
Where several
different items are ordered at the same time from different listings of ours,
Postage & Handling costs will be adjusted to account for additional
measurements and/or weight and any excess in Postage & Handling costs of
Combined Orders paid will be refunded to the Buyer through the eBay channel
once payment is confirmed by eBay. Additional

transit Damages
