Missing Battery Cover but comes with a battery and it does not affect its use.

Lens can be tempermental when turning on and off you sometimes need to touch the lens cover with your finger in order for it to go back in fully to turn on and off.

Ive taken a few photos with it and it works fine other than the defects noted.
