These are 2 sports trophies, a silver plated goblet and 'gold filled' mug that were presented as trophies to the ladies singles runner up of 1978 and the ladies doubles runners up of 1977 at the 'LADIES' RECREATION CLUB (LRC) in HONG KONG. The club is a private and historic members club situated in the heart of Hong Kong, that was founded in 1883 and currently has about 5000 members. Its 'Mission' is to provide top quality sporting, recreation and dining facilities, services and amenities to meet the needs of a diverse multi-national membership and their families whilst fostering all-round sporting excellence. The trophies are I believe for tennis and are in good condition with the goblet stamped underneath 'VALERO SILVER PLATED MADE IN SPAIN' and the mug stamped underneath 'GF (Gold filled) See pictures.
