2004 World Cup of Hockey Canada Embossed Leather Jacket Gamewear Mens Size Large

I think these are team issue jackets from the 2004 World Cup of Hockey but I don't know whose jacket this was. The only other example of this jacket that I could find was a limited Gretzky signed jacket released by Upper Deck. The tag of the jacket mentions Canada as the champions and has the scores of all the games on it.

Almost no signs of wear other than very minor discoloration on the lighter leather on the back of the left sleeve. It would probably come out with leather cleaner but I haven't tried.
