Vintage 2013 Marathon US Government GSAR Automatic 41mm Divers Watch Cal ETA 2824-2

A lovely vintage gents Marathon Government Search and Rescue automatic watch that is working and keeping good time for its age. The rear caseback markings are faint as the watch was on a NATO strap but the manufacturer date is August 2013, the watch is now back on its original rubber strap with Marathon buckle. The watch face is stunning and signed US Government, the tritrium gas tubes are still working as shown in photo 6. The sapphire glass crystal is scratch free, the bezel has some minor wear to painted numerals and second markings, the case is in good condition with some faint marks in places, the rear caseback has faint rub marks from the NATO strap that was once attached and minor wear to the case markings, the rubber strap shows signs of use and wear and some tiny cracks to rear but still has plenty of life left in it

It measures approx just over 41mm diameter excluding the crown by 48mm from lug to lug
