This is a fine World War II Australian made U.S. Marine Corps 1st Marine Division shoulder patch that is in excellent condition. It is constructed of red, white, and blue cotton thread machine woven on a blue twill background with an embroidered blue cotton thread border and exhibits evidence of having been on a uniform at one time. The patch has a woven white cotton thread back and remains a beautiful example in excellent, undamaged condition.
