This is a Snap On Crowfoot Wrench - 3/8" Drive 13/16" Open End - FC26A. There are sanding marks on the back where numbers were removed by the previous owner (standard US Military de-marking process). Otherwise very good condition. Made in the 2000's. Laser engraved logo.Item pictured is one of several for sale. The one you will get is in very similar condition, and as described above.
