Antique Gruen Guild 18K Solid White Gold Ladies Wristwatch 15J w/Pontiac Stainless steel Bracelet.  

Back of watch weighs 3 grams on my kitchen scale (last photo).  This does not include the front of the white gold watch as it has the crystal and band attached.

NOTE: Beautiful little watch.  It does not wind or thus work, but you may be able to fix it into a working watch again?!  Scratches on crystal.  Could use a more prestigious band to match this prestigious 18Kt white gold watch with sapphire stem.
