Vintage 1946 Louis Simpson Art Deco 925 Sterling Silver Swiss Ring Watch UK Sz O½-P

This rare Art Deco mechanical ring watch is fully hallmarked with makers mark for Louis Simpson & Co, London, 1946. It features a stunning geometric Sterling Silver setting accented with classic paste stones (one is missing). Inside the compact cocktail setting is an authentic, beautifully crafted hand-wind mechanical movement engraved "Made in Switzerland." The golden copper coloured dial retains its stylized vintage Arabic numerals and original winding crown. This is an exceptional, highly collectible novelty timepiece perfect for any enthusiast of mid-century Swiss horology or historic fashion jewelry.

It will require a service before use as it is not working, it stops and starts when shaken, one small clear paste stone is missing, it has some minor tarnishing in places

It measures approx 19mm high by 14mm wide excluding the crown and fits a UK ring size O½-P
