    • Irregularly Shaped Rugs: Rugs with irregular shapes will be measured from the outermost points. Due to the irregular shape of the rug, it is recommended to purchase one size larger than what you initially plan to purchase.
    • Shipping Creases: Rugs wider than 9 feet will be shipped folded, which may result in temporary creases. These will naturally flatten out within a few weeks of use.
    • Shedding: Shedding is normal in new wool rugs and will diminish with regular vacuuming.
