This dress is in overall great condition. It was handmade for my client's mom in Mexico City in 1967 or 1968. I am uncertain of the material. It is a fitted straight dress and a full overlay on the back starting at the shoulder. The length of the dress from shoulder to the end of the train is at least 9 feet long. There is one stain in the armpit area. I used  little diluted laundry detergent to make sure that it would come out. It did but now there is a water mark. There are marks/dirt on the underside of the train. There are a few small marks elsewhere on the dress. There is also a line of stitching near the waist line - I am not sure if it is a snag or it was sewn this way. Please zoom into all pictures for exact condition and measurements.
