Questions - we are happy to answer any questions you may have about the item, please ask before making your purchase. 

Shipping - all items will be dispatched within 5 working days, all items will be sent boxed and well packaged, all items will be sent using a tracked service, we only use Royal Mail, expected arrival times will be shown on your order details. Some loose figures may be sent in padded envelopes.

Tracking numbers - all items are sent tracked, we only use Royal Mail, we prefer to use and support our local Post Office so tracking numbers are not uploaded automatically which may mean your item appears to be untracked. We are happy to provide tracking numbers on request, please just ask.

Offers - we will consider offers on any item however we are not obliged to accept offers.

Combined shipping - we combine shipping, items must be bought together to qualify for a combined shipping discount. If paying full price, shipping will be calculated automatically. If making offers please request either a shipping invoice or a combined shipping refund if payment was automatically taken.
