Walker Tape®’s German Brown is the firmest tape hold for hard bond adhesives. It is designed so that users do not have to worry about hard bonds failing. It is skin safe, and low residue, making for a strong and secure wear for the user.

Walker Tape has been a standard in the hair replacement industry for many years. 

It’s generally used with a hard bond adhesive for permanent attachments. 

German Brown is applied directly to the hair system and attaches more firmly to the hard bond adhesive than other types of tape. 

Generally, when a hard bond adhesive fails, it is due to the tape it is attached to. With German Brown, you don’t have to worry about the hard bond disconnecting from the tape. 

Use with a poly system or a lace system with a poly strip where the adhesive will sit.

Ingredients
This tape is a clear, odourless, acrylic adhesive that has been enhanced to increase performance and longevity.

Storage
Store away from direct sunlight and excessive temperatures.

Directions
Apply the tape with some pressure on any surface free from oil, dust, dirt or water. Presence of such substances will reduce the bonding capabilities significantly.

Prep for Install

1. Shampoo the hair system and bio hair with Bond Breaker Shampoo and let it dry.
2. Apply 99% Alcohol to the scalp and the base of the system to prepare for optimal adhesion. Allow to completely evaporate.
3. Apply Scalp Protector to the scalp to enhance the tape’s bond strength and shield against skin irritation.

Contours 

1. Peel off the color liner that is scored down the middle.
2. Place the adhesive side toward the unit. Avoid touching the adhesive.
3. Place the tape contour where desired on the hair system.
4. Repeat as needed.
5. When ready to apply to the scalp, peel off the remaining white liner pieces.
6. For easier application, spray Just-Rite Positioning Spray over the adhesive area. The amount sprayed will determine the amount of time available to adjust the unit (the more you spray, the longer you have until the adhesive grabs).
7. Press the hair system firmly onto the scalp, taking care not to move it in the process.

Caution 

In case you intend on wearing Tape, during cos-play, on stage, at photoshoots, or for any other purpose where a strong, flexible bond is desired, pre-test skin compatibility by placing a small amount of tape on the inside of the forearm for a period of 24 hours. 

If irritation develops, discontinue use.
