If a return is approved, the item will be inspected upon arrival to confirm that the issue matches the reason stated in the return request. A refund will be processed only after the problem has been verified.
All items are video recorded during the packing and drop-off process for both your protection and ours.
IMEI / serial numbers are also recorded to prevent item substitution.
Fraudulent returns will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
