Vintage Souvenir Preview Playbill

Up for auction is a vintage souvenir preview playbill, measuring approximately 5.375 by 8.375 inches in size.  This single sheet, double sided Preview Playbill is for William Shakespeare's "Macbeth", playing in pre-Broadway try-outs at the Colonial Theatre, in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1941, and featuring the Original Broadway Cast of Maurice Evans and Judith Anderson.

The preview playbill is in fair to good, vintage condition only.  There are short tears and creases to the top right corner;  diagonal creases to both bottom corners;  both a horizontal and vertical crease across the center of the playbill where it had been folded in half at one point;  and a price, in pencil, at the top of the front page.
