Original antique SOLAR bicycle carbide lamp manufactured by The Badger Brass Mfg. Co. of Kenosha, Wisconsin. Features embossed SOLAR markings, colored jeweled side lenses, original mounting bracket, and patent dates stamped on the base.
This is a genuine turn-of-the-century bicycle headlamp dating to approximately 1899–1905. Constructed of brass with its original nickel-plated finish. A great piece for antique bicycle collectors, transportation memorabilia collectors, or vintage lighting displays.
