Rare 1970 Ray Harm Carolina Wren lithographic print hand signed by the artist. Ray Harm was an American artist, best known for his paintings of wildlife, primarily birds. He was also well known for art marketing and is generally credited as the co-creator of the limited edition art print market, which supplanted the traditional method where artists sold original works on an individual basis. 

My grandmother was a well known art dealer in the 1970s and 80s who literally wrote the book on collectible prints. She was friends with many of the artists at the time and this and some other works are the last of her remaining gallery pieces. This is a brand new (old stock), unframed and never displayed print in the original Frame House Gallery artist folder. It is 16" wide x 20" tall with no discernible issues or flaws. The artist / artwork information sheet is also included.
