Found in mom’s Guatemala box but it could be from Nicaragua or Mexico (did a Google lens search and both popped up).

There are some spots as I tried to point out in the pictures. May need a good soaking with oxy clean but I left it as I was afraid to mess with the embroidery. It has buttons on the sides. Not sure if more of a sheer vest or just a light weight blouse.
