When will my item be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your item within 5 working days from the date of payment.

We operate and dispatch Monday - Friday only.

If any of the items you have purchased are unsuitable, you have 14 days to return the item in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How long will I have to wait for my refund?

Once we have received the item and the returned item has been processed you will receive your refund within 3-5 working days.

Delivery?

The item you have purchased will state which method we are using for delivery and once your item has been dispatched a tracking number will be provided where applicable. Our preferred method of delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours.

International Shipping?

We are only able to send items internationally via eBay Global Shipping Program. Please check the postage countries available on the listing prior to purchase.

Will you combine postage for a purchase of multiple items?

Yes, some items are eligible to be combined and when this is possible, we will send you an invoice for your postage cost.  Please note that in line with Royal Mail weight and measurement guidelines this is not always possible.
