2001: A Space Odyssey - Huge Prop USAA Clavius Base Sticker / Set Dressing Decal
This is a rare opportunity to own this highly sought-after and screen-accurate USAA prop lunar station sticker / moon base set dressing decal. This large reproduction prop is professionally printed using the best quality materials. It is created using
traditional film and television art department techniques for added
authenticity and so is perfect for on-screen or display use.
Note: This auction is for a large premium-grade weather resistant vinyl decal as pictured. The decal measures approximately 30cm x 30cm and is pictured alongside some CDs to illustrate it’s large size. These durable stickers feature a premium coating that protects them from exposure to wind, rain and sunlight.
Trivia: Bowman inhales deeply before attempting to re-enter the ship from the pod. Arthur C. Clarke in an interview later noted that this is incorrect. Bowman should have exhaled, as the vacuum of space would have damaged his lungs had they been full of air.
