All of my auctions are open to US and CANADIAN BIDDERS ONLY. 

SHIPPING COSTS AND COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS:

If you are purchasing multiple items, please use the "Add to cart" button.  ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED adding all the items to your cart, go into your cart and hit the "Request total from Seller" button.  I will be notified and will prepare an invoice for you reflecting the combined shipping.  If your browser does not show "Add to cart", simply purchase your items and message me.  I will refund you the amount for overpaid shipping costs.   

• CANADIAN BUYERS PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING - I will charge my actual shipping cost with tracking.  When you want to purchase something, please click the "Add to cart" button, NOT the "Buy it Now" button, even if you only purchase 1 item.  When you are finished with your purchases, go into your cart and hit the "Request total from seller" button.  I will then send you an invoice with the actual shipping charges reflected.  Please understand that this is because the shipping cost to me can vary widely.

PAYMENT AND PACKAGING: 

I assure you items will be packaged with extreme care and will be shipped promptly with tracking.  The bottom line is that I want to send the items to you in the manner that ensures their prompt and safe arrival.  Anyone who has purchased from me in the past already knows that, but if you are a new buyer, please know that I will definitely do my best to protect your purchase.  For items won through auction, if payment is not received within 5-days, I reserve the right to re-list.

RETURNS AND ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

BUYERS REMORSE:   RETURN POSTAGE IS ALWAYS PAID BY THE BUYER.  Returns are accepted in the form of money back within 30 days of the date shown as delivered to the buyer.  New items MUST BE RETURNED COMPLETELY UNOPENED AND COMPLETELY IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Used / pre-owned items MUST BE RETURNED IN THE CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT.  THIS POLICY WILL BE VERY STRICTLY ADHERED TO.  IF YOU PURCHASED A NEW ITEM AND ANY PART HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY AT ALL, I WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES HONOR A RETURN AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.  The bottom line is this.  I take extreme precautions to send new items in mint condition and pre-owned items in excellent condition unless otherwise specified and I very carefully package them to ensure safe protected arrival.  That is the basic tenet of exceptional customer service.  I will under no circumstances accept a return of an item that is not in the exact same condition that it was sent to you.  If all of the above conditions are met, I will issue the refund within 3 days after receiving the item in good acceptable order.

DAMAGED ITEMS:  I take extreme precautions to send new items in mint condition and pre-owned items in excellent condition unless otherwise specified and I very carefully package them to ensure safe protected arrival.  Pictures in my listings are of the actual item for sale and show the condition the item was in when sent out.  If the damage to your item is not shown in the pictures of my listing, damage occurred during shipping or after you received the item.  DO NOT GET RID OF ANY PACKAGING, as you will need it to file your claim for a refund.  Per eBay representatives, claims should always be filed by the buyer as USPS seems to respond better.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need help with filing your claim.
