Annabergite is a hydrated nickel arsenate; the nickel analogue of erythrite. It is considered uncommon; not rare. This is a very good miniature specimen from a classic European location. This matrix specimen features multiple vugs lined with beautiful groups of bright green crystals in radiating formations.

The specimen is number 9-185 in the catalog of the Joseph Mitchell collection which consisted of worldwide minerals collected from 1937 to 1987.
