In fair condition. One of the hinges is cracked which seems to be common with this model. Works great! Tested for both ds and gba games and works as expected and all buttons function. Cosmetically, there is a sticker on the back which I chose to leave. Also has the strap attachment which can be taken off easily. Being sold as is with no stylus or charger
