The reverse image of this half-ounce pure silver coin was designed by Canadian artist Simon Ng featuring a coiling snake with spots on its body forming the Chinese character for 'snake'; along the coin edge a familiar Chinese pattern encircles the snake, the word 'CANADA,' the date '2013,' and the face value of '10 DOLLARS.'
The obverse features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by artist Susanna Blunt. Coin is encapsulated and presented in original RCM maroon clamshell case lined with flock and protected by an outer carton box.
This coin showcases different coin finishes on reverse with separate degree of luster for a truly striking appearance.
