You are buying a Scott's Modern world stamp album with its stamps in place:

• The album is Scott's Modern Album for Postage Stamps of the World, published by Scott Publications of 461 Eighth Avenue, New York, with copyright dates running 1963 to 1967. Its title page states it provides spaces for more than a century of world postage stamps through the 1967 Scott Standard Postage Stamp Catalogue.

• The cover is a blue world map lettered "Scott's Modern world stamp album", with stamps applied to the cover itself and the line A SCOTT QUALITY ALBUM FOR 25,000 POSTAGE STAMPS OF THE WORLD across the foot. That figure is the album's capacity, not the number of stamps in it.

• Countries appearing in the photographs include the United States, Canada, India, Indo-China, Inhambane, Inini, the Ionian Islands, the Netherlands and Romania.

• Both used and unused stamps are present.

• The cover shows wear but is structurally intact. The pages are age-toned throughout.

• Sold as the album shown, with whatever it holds.
