We accept Paypal for credit cards and electronic checks (e-checks take 5 days for clearance).

Shipping

We ship Monday - Friday except public holidays.  Shipments are usually sent within 24 - 48 business hours after the payment is received and cleared.

US Shipping & Delivery:

We typically ship all merchandise via USPS Priority Mail and includes Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise noted in listing. 

Please note - snowboards, snow skis and wakeboards are oversized and go off of dimensional weight, they are not cheap to ship.

International Shipping:

We ship all International items via USPS Priority or Express Mail.  It is up to the buyer to decide which service they want.  Shipping charge will be charged accordingly.  Sorry, but we are not able to ship snow skis and snowboard outside of the US.  It is very expensive and many countries do not allow the oversized items.

Items:
All of our items are NEW unless otherwise noted.

Returns for Exchanges:
We accept returned items for exchange of other available product, so long as the returned items are in NEW condition as we shipped.  Exchanges must be received within 7 days of receipt of delivery by the buyer.  

Buyers are responsible for shipping charges associated with the exchange.

If an item is different than described, we will take full responsibility if we are in error. 

Please contact us via email for any exchanges prior to shipping the item back.
